The Topons Canal Company is a Co-operative Irrigation Company incorporated under the laws of the state of Idaho in 1907. The company is headquartered in Bancroft, Idaho and receives its waters from Toponce Creek. A stream that rises in the Portneuf range and flows into the Portneuf River.
