This collection is an original ledger, dated from 1911 to 1914, of W.H. Donovan & Company of Billings Montana. The ledger begins with a table of contents followed by pages with recorded company interest, freight, taxes, personal expenses, insurance, rent, salaries, discounts, coupons, customer bills, and the names of other companies. The ledger also holds a few loose receipts, as well as some children's drawings and scribbles. In the back there are several pages, dated 1960, listing some personal expenses.
