Ink and pencil line drawing depicting a side view of a Union Pacific locomotive. Above the drawing is the title "Modern 10-Wheel Locomotive used on the 'Overland Limited.' " Handwritten in ink in the lower right corner of the sheet are the artist's name and the date. The first part of the name, "Holmes E.," is followed by a surname that is written in pencil in a different hand and may be "Ehrsam." The date, "5/3/08," is below. The words "Compliments of L. C. Mitchell + J. W. Arnold" are written at the bottom center edge of the sheet in a third set of handwriting.
