Historical NoteReturn to Top
William B. "Scotty" Frame was a resident of Butte, Montana. Frame worked in the Civilian Conservation Corps in northwestern Montana. After his time in the CCC, Frame returned to Butte to practice law. He started his own law firm, Frame, Foley, and Holland. Frame died in 1972.
