Series I consists of the constitution and bylaws that govern the organization as well as draft changes and correspondence pertaining to modifications.

Series II consists of lists of members of the organization as well as officers and board members and committee chairs and membership. Annual invitations to the campus community to join the organzation and membership brochures are also included.

Series III documents the leadership of the organization by the officers and Executive Board and consists of minutes, correspondence to members, and related materials.

Series IV consists of monthly newsletters of the organization, program announcements, and other information distributed to members and the campus community. Duplicate copies of newsletters from the 1970s through 1990s are included.

Series V documents the major activities of the organization, especially seminars and workshops; awards for members and for "Boss of the Year"; and scholarships for OSU students. This series also includes committee records for the Professional Development, Newsletter, Publicity, and Scholarship Committees.

Series VI documents the election of officers for the organization and includes nominating committee reports, sample ballots, candidate statements and profiles, and election results.

Series VII documents the finances of the organization and includes budgets, financial statements of income and expenses, and audit reports.

Series VIII consists of certificates of affiliation with the National Association of Educational Secretaries and the Oregon Association of Educational Secretaries.

Series IX consists of general correspondence with members, memoranda and announcements, brochures, flyers, and programs documenting the administration, programs, and activities of the OSU Chapter of the Oregon Association of Educational Secretaries (OAES), the Office Personnel Association (OPA), and the Association of Office Professionals (AOP).

Series X consists of a blank speaking engagement agreement, a 1983 contract with a performer (magician), and correspondence regarding monetary awards to members of the organization.

Series XI consists of two scrapbooks documenting the programs and activities of the organization in 1974-1975 and 1977-1978. The 1974-1975 scrapbook includes clippings, brochures, programs, announcements, and correspondence for the OSU Chapter of the Oregon Association of Educational Secretaries (OAES). The 1977-1978 scrapbook includes clippings, certificates, newsletters, programs, brochures, and photographs for the Office Personnel Association (OPA). The photographs include 7 color snapshots of programs and events and one b/w photograph of Judy Brazee, President of the Association in 1977-1978.
