Summary
The College of Letters and Science was established in 1958 from the former University College and comprised the traditional departments of the liberal arts and sciences. In 1970 the college was divided into three separate colleges: the College of Humanities, the College of Science, and the College of Social and Behavioral Science. During the period covered by these records, Milton Voight served as Dean of the College of Letters and Science. This collection contains material generated by the College from 1967 to 1970. It contains correspondence, memoranda, and reports related to the administration of individual academic departments, particularly in the areas of curricula and faculty.
