Journalist, pioneer, and businessman of Port Townsend, Washington.
Oliver L. Willoughby was born in 1868, son of Sarah and Charles Willoughby of Port Townsend, Washington. As a businessman he pursued ventures in mining and oil exploration. He also owned the Port Townsend Daily Call.
