Robert W. Prescott, Jr. (1914-) was a Eugene, Oregon conservative who promoted the use of propaganda and psychological warfare to fight communism. One of his plans, which he called "Lapidary," was intended to split the alliance between the Soviet Union and China. He also designed paper airplanes and promoted their use for propaganda purposes

The collection consists of Prescott's correspondence and photographs.

Correspondence contains outgoing letters arranged chronologically from 1958-1974 regarding Prescott's theories on psychological warfare and how it should be implemented. Correspondents include members of Congress, the FBI, and the CIA as well as local politicians, educators, and newspapers.

Photograph subjects include tourists buying Indian baskets and the Seventh International Dry-Farming Congress and Exposition in Lethbridge, Canada, 1912
