Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Trygve O. Svare was born in 1893 and died in 1974. Dr. Svare was pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Parkland from 1924-1941; professor at Pacific Lutheran College from 1949-1956; cultural attache at the American Embassy in Oslo from 1957-1959; and in 1959 returned to Pacific Lutheran College as a teacher of religion.
