George Libby arrived in Spokane Falls with his parents in 1884. When his father’s health failed, George left his studies at Whitman College and returned to Spokane to work as a professional photographer. He was known for his photographs of children.
The collection consists of biographical clippings, award certificates, and manuscript lists of flowers and shrubs in the Pacific Northwest.
